Login to Webmail

You may log into your personal BEC email account from anywhere.

  1. Go to and clicking the Login to Webmail button
  2. Enter your full email address as the username
  3. Enter your password. First time users, use the initial password provided by your administrator.

Logout from Webmail

For your and patient security. You should always log out of webmail when done.

  1. Click Logout in the top right corner

Changing your password

It is important that you change your initial password as soon as possible. You may do this at any time after logging in as described above.

  1. Click on "Settings" (Upper right corner)
  2. Click on "Password" ("Settings" pane on the left)
  3. Type in current and new passwords and Save

Setting your "Identity"

Identity is the how you would like your name that will appear when you send email. If you do not set an identity, your email address is the only thing that your recipient will see. Since its not always obvious to understand who the mail is coming from, it is highly advisable that you take the time to set it.

  1. Click on "Settings" (Upper right corner)
  2. Click on "Identities"
  3. Click on your email address in the pane on the right titled "Identities"
  4. Fill out the Display Name, Email, Organization as well as Signature as you would like it to appear.

Configuring iPhone

Follow these instructions to configure you iPhone (or iPad) email

  1. Launch Settings on your phone
  2. Scroll and find "Passwords and Accounts", tap it
  3. Tap "Add Account"
  4. Tap "Other"
  5. Tap "Add Mail Account"
  6. Fill in the fields for "New Account" then tap Next (upper right)
  7. Fill in the remaining fields, same for both "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server" as follows:
    • Host Name:
    • User Name: your full email address (ex.
    • Password: your password
  8. Tap Next
  9. Wait few moments for "Verification" to complete (can take up to 2 minutes)
  10. If asked, make sure Mail is checked (Notes unchecked)
